Dissecting Section 1557
This informative day will help to better identify Section 1557. Topics to be discussed will be Civil Rights, Litigation, Caring for the Transgender community and appropriate language and terms to use in the medical community. Other topics will be an overview of what you do, what role a Civil Rights Coordinator plays in a hospital setting as well as signage that needs to be posted.
